Sensei24 is the data controller that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. Full controller details and contact information will appear in the final version of this policy.
We process the data you provide directly — your name, email address, timezone, and the coaching content you create or receive (sessions, goals, workouts, body metrics, messages). We also process technical data such as your IP address when you accept this policy.
We process your data to provide the coaching service you signed up for, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising.
Your personal data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We keep it for as long as your account is active and afterwards according to the published retention schedule, which is being finalised.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, and its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability. You may object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
