These terms govern your use of Sensei24. By creating an account you agree to them.
Sensei24 is scheduling and training software for independent coaches and their clients. We provide the platform only. Coaches using Sensei24 are independent professionals — they are not our employees or agents, and we do not supervise, endorse, or take responsibility for the coaching they provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@sensei24.app if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
Sensei24 is not a medical service and provides no medical advice. Training content on the platform is created by individual coaches, not by us. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, are injured, or are pregnant. You take part in physical training at your own risk.
Fees for coaching are agreed and settled directly between a coach and their client. Sensei24 records what a coach chooses to record so both sides can see the same balance; we are not a party to that arrangement, we do not process client payments, and we do not mediate disputes about them.
Do not use Sensei24 to break the law, to harass or endanger anyone, to upload content you have no right to share, or to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
You keep ownership of the content you upload — workouts, notes, messages, files, and metrics. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it so the service works for you and the people you share it with.
We work to keep Sensei24 running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
Sensei24 is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or profits, or for injury arising from training undertaken through the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as the service develops. When we make a material change we will update the date on this page and, where it affects your rights, tell you in the app.
